For as long as I can remember, I have had a genuine interest in people, their background, their relationships and their 'stories'. After exploring various careers, I finally found my calling and became a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist - and I haven't looked back since. My journey began over 20 years ago and through this time I have helped many explore their inner feelings, build confidence and find a path through their struggles. I have continued my journey increasing knowledge, developing and adding to my skill set, and because of this I offer therapy that is tailored to meet your needs - no one size fits all!

I provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate your personal health and wellness challenges. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results that allow them to push forward with a new, positive mindset.

I believe that building the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important areas, and underpins how I work, and this is why I endeavour to show up as my full authentic self in every session and I'll encourage you to do the same. By being 'real', feet on the ground, down to earth I aim to build trust, to nurture openness and breakdown the stigmas that often come along with therapy.

Therapy at times can feel tough mentally, emotionally and physically too, and there is also room for laughter and joy.

With over 20 years experience, and 18 of these as a psychological therapist in the NHS, I have worked alongside a wide range of people with mental health difficulties. I feel privileged to have seen such a variety of clients who I have supported through the challenges they brought. I hope this gives you the confidence for me to offer you the support you need too.
